The National Social Work Voter Mobilization Campaign, also known as Voting IS Social Work (VISW), supports nonpartisan voter engagement as central to social work's mission, ethical mandate, and impact. Research shows the important correlations between civic participation, voter turnout, and important measures of health and well-being.
